Northwest Missouri State University's Administration Building is on the list of nominees during a meeting today in Jefferson City.

The example of collegiate gothic architecture was built between 1906 through 1910.. When it hosted it's first classes for the school.

The University's Administration Building has survived a tornado which struck in 1919 and a devastating fire in 1979 which destroyed about 60 percent of the structure.

Today the State's Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is voting whether to send it on as a nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.
