2010-05-12Chillicothe, MO | By: Wayman
The new wording defines specifically what can be a fineable offense, gives shorter deadlines for offenders and also raises the costs to them.
Under the new ordinance Chillicothe's Code Enforcement will still be alerting residents if they're violating the ordinance.
If nothing is done within a week, the case then goes to Chillicothe's City Administrator, who can decide what actions the City will take.
The new ordinance also covers residents not bagging their trash properly for disposal.
