Instead, they ended up making an arrest for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

They also issued 11 traffic tickets, including one for driving while intoxicated and 9 for speeding.

Chillicothe Police Chief Rick Knouse (kuh-noose) says removing drunk drivers from the roads makes everyone safer.
