Tower/Central Choir Performance

The Northwest Missouri State choir will hold a first-ever concert with an area barber shop music group. The men's choral ensemble called "Central Standard" will join the Northwest Tower Choir at the Olive Dulce fine arts building. Central standard won regional small chorus championships in 2008 and 2009. Mike Neff leads central standard which will perform a number of up-beat songs. Stephen town heads the Northwest Missouri State Tower Choir. The Tower Choir will give the audience a sacred themed performance including the song "a prayer of the middle ages." Central Standard will join the men of the Tower Choir for two songs. Town says he hopes concerts like this will bring a variety of music to the area. Again, the concert takes place at the Olive Deluce fine arts building at 8 O'clock tonight.
