It's part of the "Great Northwest Days" lobbying effort. City councils, chamber officials, and economic development experts from the local region will be talking with lawmakers and discussing issues important to Northwest Missouri. Maryville chamber director Luke Reven says getting our message to Jefferson City is critical. This year's priority issues for Northwest Missouri are road funding, wastewater treatment, local taxation, and funding for tourism and economic development.
