February's Luncheon will encompass a cartoon presentation, poetry, speeches, and songs all from the World War II era. Event organizor Julie Ashbrook says the Luncheon is a great getaway to learn a few things about history. The World War II Luncheon will be held from noon to one next Wednesday, February 24th, at the Alaska House on Locust Street in Chillicothe. There is no charge to attend the program, but reservations and required if lunch is desired. Reservations are required by Monday by calling the Chillicothe Arts Council.
