Chillicothe Scam

Police say a woman was called and told she had won a prize from publisher's clearing house. However to claim the prize, she had to send in $450 to process the prize. The resident called back the number and was told to leave a message. She did not end up sending any money, but Chillicothe police are warning area residents to beware of such "Too Good To Be True" stories.
