Dustin Allen was sentenced in 2005 for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, but avoided prison by following probation.
However, the county prosecutor says Allen violated it not once but 3 times- by leaving the state without permission, committing new criminal offenses in Ohio, and failed to comply with reporting requirements to his probation officer.
Therefore, the judge has cancelled his probation and he's now been sentenced to 5 years in the state prison.
