Chillicothe Arson

The Chillicothe Police Department says they took a call regarding harassment from a resident in the 3000 block of Bel Air Drive. A few hours later, they called into 911 because a vehicle there was on fire. Emergency services responded and put out the flames, but authorities determined it was vehicle Arson and arrested two 20 year olds. They're names are unavailable but the police say both the sheriff's department and state fire marshal is helping them with the investigation.
