MARYVILLE, MO (2009-09-16) H1N1 has aprived in Maryville, but it's the seasonal flu shots that are of concern now.
State Health Officials say it may be mid Cotober before the H1N1 vaccinations are available in the Show Me State and officials at the Wellness Center on the University Campus say they haven't heard yet if the H1N1 shots will be here by then. Beau Dooley is the Director of Wellness on the University Campus and says yesterday started the seasonal flu shot vaccination at Northwest. Dooley says another student flu clinic is being offered on Friday at the University's Wellness Center and are ongoing by appointment. He stresses if you think you might be infected to either clean your office and use good hygiene or stay home.
