The Law Enforcement's efforts will be increased in the hopes of reducing deaths and serious injuries caused by impaired drivers. Nodaway County Sheriff Darren White says anyone who is caught could lose thier license, money and freedom and can be charged with involuntary manslaughter resulting in up to 7 years of jail time, a $5,000 fine or both.
