Bond On Graves

US Senator Kit Bond says he naver sought the removal of US Attorney Todd Graves. In fact, Bond says he asked the White House to allow graves to stay on the job after a conversation with top advisor Karl Rove. Bond's comments come after E-mails released by a US House Committee that's probing into the firings of 9 prosecutors during the Bush Administration. An E-mail from December of 2005 by a White House Aide References "Senator Bond's Request Regarding a Replacement for The US Attorney". Bond denies making that request.
