Harrison County Public Water Supply District Number two is getting a 768 thousand dollars loan and a 766 thousand dollar grant to construct a new 2 hundred thousand gallon water tower, two new wells, and provide raw water lines for the distribution system.
The City of Maysville is getting 1-point-6 million dollars in loans and another 9 hundred thousand dollars in Federal grant money to construct a new water tower, transmission lines, and other improvements.
The money comes from the U-S-D-A's Rural Development Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant program.
