That's according to Mike Thomson, 4th District Representative.
The House approved a 23-point-one-billion-dollar budget for the 2010 fiscal year including an increase of 115-point-seven-million in state aid to public elementary and secondary schools.
Representative Thomson says the funds are dispersed according to a dollar value modifier with two considerations in the formula, the first, favoring higher cost of living districts.
Thomson is satisfied with the House and Senate's ability to fill the budget holes with stimulus money where it will not go back into a continuous budget flow.
