Board members got their first look at next year's preliminary budget last night.

Superintendent Vicki Miller says local revenues are estimated with no increase in assessed evaluation and an increase of 3 cents in tax rates. Those will be known next month.

She also says state revenues to the district are expected to remain flat.

Miller has built in a little more than 2 percent increase for most all Maryville school employees.

The final budget is expected to be approved next month.
