Jefferson City, MO (2009-12-31) The Missouri Farm Bureau is getting ready to fight terrorists.
The Missouri Farm Bureu created several resolutions for national membership consideration when the group meets in January.
Several state policies have been adopted for tentative acceptance, including standardizing the regulation of licensing of farm trucks nationwide.
Missouri Farm Bureau President Charlie Kruse also serves on the American Farm Bureau's resolutions committee and says another issue they'll vote on is promoting that no terrorist be tried in a civil court.
Kruse says that's a popular stance of dozens of state farm bureau members.
Kruse says another national vote of farmer members is to push for tort reform in any federal healthcare overhaul.
