The United States Congress will again address the financial crisis affecting wall street tomorrow after bailout legislation failed earlier this week. Sixth district congressman Sam Graves of Tarkio was one of five Missouri Congressmen voting against the $700 billion rescue plan. Graves says he favors a plan that would get speculator's out of the home mortgage market.
Graves looks for congress to approve a bill addressing the financial crisis by the end of the week.
