Savannah City Council Followup

The savannah city council wants to upgrade a popular conference center in town.
The clasby community center is often rented out by citizens and groups for various functions.

Council members have adopted an ordinance to execute a contract with crane improvement for renovations of the multi-purpose room.

One of the largest concerns is also the restrooms in the center.

Members say with the shape of the budget, if there are restroom upgrades there may not be enough money to buy more tables for the center's kitchen.

The council agreed the restrooms would take priority, and are exploring installing electronic eye flush toilets as part of the remodeling.
